PLANNING A PROJECT
If you don’t plan out a project to the last detail and set a time frame, you will run into major issues. For example, when building a website, you need to know EXACTLY how many pages you need to create, what content you will have on each page, and so forth. We discuss this with every client and make sure we give you everything you need before you start. We confirm everything down to the details and get it in writing. Creating a wire frame can also be really helpful. A wire frame is essentially a quick outline of what a design or website will look like and what will go where. This will ensure nothing is missed and time and money won’t be wasted adding missing items later in the project.

ESTABLISHING DEADLINES
Many of our clients have very tight deadlines. Gauging project duration and confirming it the contract is very important. To ensure expectations are met, a best-case and worst-case scenario should be established. Estimated time for a projected may be estimated to be three weeks, but additional revisions and additions may add days to that time. It is best to add a few days to the best-case scenario to determine the estimated project deadline to provide a buffer for a better end result.
